…who would be the good (and not-so-good) players of Full Tilt Poker.
I busted out too far from the final table of the WWdN for my comfort, then promptly busted out of the 8k and some other random tourney. I’ve been playing the $69+6 guaranteed tourneys as well but have never seemed to do well in them. I don’t know why, as the play is better, but not THAT much better. Maybe it’s just that my game isn’t as well suited to the shorter starting stacks combined with the smaller fields.
After the WWdN I asked CJ for some pointers on sucking out. I didn’t actually follow his directions, but I think I got some residual luckboxery from the conversation, which allowed me to make the final table of the $11.5K, work my way down to three-handed, offer a deal (isn’t it great when the shortstack offers a deal?), and after it was refused, make a huge, tourney-saving suckout when I overplayed 33 into the chipleader’s JJ. At least the dealer had the decency to put the 3 right out on the flop. Shortly thereafter I got the short-stack all-in with five outs and he missed, second place and I fucked about for a while, and we made a deal that cost me mid-three-figures but guaranteed me four figures over 2nd place money.
Hey, remember when that ZeeJustin guy used to issue press releases about all his accomplishments? Whatever happened to that guy? Man, listening to him brag was a huge drag.

hahaha damn you, but good job. i ended up missing out on the tournies today. played two, but the first saw me out at 24 and the second not much better. pretty shitty day actually. so ive been blowing off steam shooting it up here http://www.deadmanshandhbo.com . i think its about that show Deadwood, but whatever, you can play a couple hands and shoot of your gun. good job on the two final tables
