I Am Definitely Not Already A Winner

Got out the door a little later than I expected and hence am waiting in a long-ass line for registration. Last year I super-over-compensated and beat most of the crowd, but the lower numbers in the later tourneys got me on a less anticipatory schedule. Maybe I should sit down to eat afterwards and just show up when I feel like it, in good Hellmuthian fashion. If I don’t get to eat I have a bag packed by my thoughtful wife that contains a healthy supply of Nutter Butters and beef jerky.
Haven’t seen any familiar faces, but I’ll be surprised if I don’t know at least one person at my first table. Two, if you count knowing myself. If you don’t I guess I could not know anybody. Same as last year!
